Status/Billing

Our secure database server houses
account status reports for all Bedford & Associates
Research Group members. You can access your account
status at your Personal Page.
Subscriptions are listed
sequentially. In some cases two subscriptions to the same
service will appear in the account status window. For
example if you renew your subscription before your
current subscription expires the database will list your
current subscription in addition to your pending
subscription. You will note the subscriptions do not
overlap.
If for any reason, you
feel your account status is incorrect please send a
detailed email including the service to which you
subscribe to our subscriptions technical support staff at
subscriptions@baresearch.com.
Billing
One of the most common questions asked by
Bedford & Associates Research Group members is
"why has my credit card bill been charged in
Canadian dollars?"
Bedford & Associates
Research Group is a Canadian firm. Our head office is
located in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. Credit cards are
billed the Canadian dollar equivalent through the
Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (VISA), National Bank
of Canada (Mastercard) and Amex Bank of Canada (AMEX).
You may find charges on
your credit card statements to be slightly below our
posted subscription rates. Due to fluctuations in the
prevailing exchange rate, we generally undercharge.
If however you are
overcharged please do not hesitate to contact our billing
department. Our staff will be happy to refund the
difference promptly with proof of charges. Please send a
detailed email including the service to which you
subscribe to our billing department at billing@baresearch.com.
We'll try hard to answer
your question as quickly as possible. Technical support
questions are usually answered within two business days.
