Contact Us Regarding Free Trials

We are so confident you will thoroughly enjoy our subscription services we provide complimentary trials to each of our products. These trials vary in duration and are available one time only. Memberships and trial subscriptions must be completed online. We encourage members to try each service independently. If you are having a problem obtaining a free trial we suggest that you review the following list before contacting technical support.

1. Are you a current Bedford & Associates Research Group member?

Trial subscriptions are available to members only. Membership is free and will allow you unlimited access to the Bedford & Associates Research Group web site. If you are not a member please click here.

2. Is you email address correct?

In order to complete the membership process your email address must be correct. An alphanumeric password will be sent to you at the email address you provided at sign-up. You will need this password to login. Please ensure that the email address you provide is complete and correct e.g. jsmith@aol.com your email address must be correct. If you have completed our membership form and your email address is correct please send a detailed email to our subscriptions technical support staff at subscriptions@baresearch.com. Please include the service to which you are attempting to subscribe.

3. Are you having trouble logging-in?

If you have successfully completed the membership process the next step is to log-in. At the login-in page you will be asked to enter your User I.D. and a Password. Your User I.D. is the email address you listed in the membership form. Your Password is an alphanumeric string sent to you via email in the second step of the membership process. The password is case sensitive and most login-in problems occur because members make errors entering this password. We strongly suggest that you use the copy command (ctrl C) to copy this password from the original email.
