An Introduction to Options

What would you do if there was an investment vehicle that allowed you to protect your portfolio against market weakness, enhance portfolio income, potentially buy hot stocks beneath current market prices or even make money regardless of whether the market moved up or down?

Options can help investors do all of the above and much, much more. To many options have become a bad word, synonymous with gun-slinging traders and big losses but astute investors know that options need not be restricted to "hit or miss" speculators, options are extremely versatile – options give you options.
